What to expect
Upon your arrival, you'll have the opportunity to change, make hair & make-up touch-ups and store your personal belongings. You will be offered a beverage and luxurious treats before easing into your photo shoot. We will do our best to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera by directing you every step of the way. Your session is built around your specific wants and needs so capturing personal contemporary images that you will be proud to present to the world is our ultimate goal.
Portrait art is created from what most would call ordinary. Some love creative portraits and some don’t.
What to Wear
Bring 5-6 outfits that represent you!
For a professional look, it is best to pick clothing that is flattering in both its fit and its color for you.
Avoid clothing with words or logos unless you want to make a statement.
One outfit should be a simple and classic but don’t be afraid to express your style with your other outfits!
Please bring your clothes freshly ironed on hangers with coordinating accessories attached to save time.
Variety is key! Bring dresses, jeans, casual, dressy, accessories, etc.
I suggest bringing more outfits than you think you need. This allows us the opportunity to help you make the final decision on what would best suit the look and feel you are trying to achieve.
Hats, jewelry, scarves and fun accessories can be a very effective way to showcase your style.
Ladies! Please be sure to wear the right undergarments! Sheer dresses require nude underwear and bra straps should not be showing. A strapless bra is a must!
Fashion magazines are a great source for tips and inspiration!

After the shoot
Following your photo shoot, we will set an appointment for your viewing visit. We will go through the images so you can select the image(s) that you would like to purchase. How you plan to showcase your photos is important; prints, wall art, albums, storybooks, are just some of the possibilities. All purchased images will be retouched and include high resolution JPEGs with full usage rights, and low resolution JPEGs that you can share with friends and family online.
